Return & Exchange

At MSQUARE FASHION, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged, which is why we have a simple and easy return and exchange policy.

Returns

1. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been
used, washed, or altered in any way.
3. Return requests must be initiated by emailing our customer service team at
returns@msquarefashion.com. Please include your order number, product details, and
reason for return.
4. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we
will process the refund to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.
5. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Exchanges

1. We accept exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached, and must not have been
used, washed, or altered in any way.
3. Exchange requests must be initiated by emailing our customer service team at
exchanges@msquarefashion.com. Please include your order number, product details, and
reason for exchange.
4. Once we receive the product for exchange, we will process the exchange and send the new
product to the customer. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping
charges for the exchanged product.
5. If the requested product for exchange is not available, we will provide the customer with a
store credit or refund.

Exceptions

1. We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted or sale products.
2. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized or personalized products.
