What private label really means
Private label means the abaya is made by us, but it belongs to you. Your customers see your name, your labels, your packaging and your story. We stay quietly in the background, cutting, stitching and finishing every piece in our own production unit in the UAE.
It is how boutiques around the world build a collection that is truly their own, without needing a factory of their own.
I. Your vision, in your own words
Everything begins with you. Send us sketches, photographs, a Pinterest board or an abaya you have loved and want to make your own. Tell us what you already know: the fabric, the colour, the sleeve, the embroidery, the length, whether it comes with a matching sheila.
Your ideas don't need to be finished. That is what we are here for. We will ask the right questions and suggest what will make your design come alive in production.
II. Hold it before you commit
Before anything is made in quantity, we create a sample of your design and send it to you. This is the moment your vision becomes real. Take your time with it:
- feel how the fabric moves and falls
- see the length and fit on a real person
- look closely at the stitching and finishing
- see the colour in natural light, not just on a screen
If something isn't quite right, simply tell us and we will refine it. We move forward only when you are happy.
What does a sample cost?
The sample price depends on the design, the fabric and the stitching time, so we quote it for each style once we have seen your designs. And when you place your bulk order, we adjust the sample cost against it, so your first investment becomes part of your collection.
III. Begin small, from just 10 pieces
MOQ, or minimum order quantity, is the smallest order a manufacturer will make. Many set it high, which can hold a new label back before it has even begun.
We believe every brand deserves a gentle beginning. Your order can be as small as 10 pieces in total, and you are free to mix designs, colours and sizes within it. Test your collection, listen to your customers, then grow with confidence.
The price of each piece depends on the fabric, the design and the detail involved, since embroidery, lace, pleating and beading take more time and care. We confirm clear pricing for each style once we have seen your designs.
IV. Your name, in every detail
This is where an abaya becomes your brand. We make the finishing touches exactly as you wish:
- Brand labels stitched into every abaya
- Hang tags carrying your name
- Wash care labels with fabric and care instructions
You pay only their actual cost, with nothing added.
V. Made with care, paid with fairness
Once your sample is approved and your order is confirmed, our team begins. Our payment terms are simple and fair:
- 50% in advance to begin production
- 50% when your order is ready to ship
You never pay in full for something you haven't seen finished.
How long does it take?
Orders under 100 pieces are ready in about 15 days. For larger orders, we agree a clear timeline with you before we begin, so you can plan your launch with certainty.
Preparing for Ramadan or Eid? These are the most beautiful and busiest seasons of our year, and production takes a little longer. Share your plans with us early and we will reserve your production slot, so your collection arrives in time for the moments that matter most.
Throughout, you will hear from us regularly on WhatsApp or email. You will always know where your collection stands, and you will never need to chase us.
VI. From our hands to your door
We ship to every country in the world. On the day your order leaves us, we share your AWB (air waybill) tracking number, so you can follow your abayas all the way home.
Shipping and import duties are charged at actual cost, exactly what the courier and customs charge, with no markup. Duties are set by your own country, so it is worth checking your local rules early, especially in the UK, USA, Canada and the EU.
