How does custom ordering work?
1. Fill in the form above with your measurements, preferred colour and fabric.
2. Send us a photo or sketch of your design on WhatsApp.
3. We check fabric availability and production time, then confirm the price and timeline with you.
4. Once you approve, our tailors make your abaya in the UAE, keep you updated on its progress, and deliver it free anywhere in the UAE.
What can I customise?
Length, sleeve style, fit, colour, fabric (such as Korean Nida, Premium Nida, crepe, linen or satin), details and embellishments, and a matching sheila.
How do I take my measurements?
Item length: from the top of your shoulder down to where you want the hem.
Shoulder width: across your back, from one shoulder edge to the other.
Chest: around the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeves from neck: from the base of your neck, over the shoulder, to your wrist.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Custom pricing isn't fixed. It depends on your design, the fabric and the production time. Once we've reviewed your request, we check fabric availability and confirm the price and timeline with you. Nothing is made until you approve.
How do I pay for a custom order?
Once you approve your quote, we send you a secure payment link and custom orders are paid in advance. Cash on Delivery is not available for custom orders.
Can I return a custom abaya?
Because each piece is made just for you, custom orders can't be returned or refunded. If your abaya has a defect or doesn't match the details you approved, we'll fix it, and alterations are available where possible.
