2. Can I order a custom-made abaya?

Yes. Fill in your measurements and style preferences on our Design Your Abaya page, then send us a photo of your design on WhatsApp. Our team will review it, check fabric availability and production time, and confirm the price and timeline with you. We only start production once you approve, and we keep you updated as your abaya is made.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver across the UAE and ship to customers worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.

4. How long does it take to make a custom abaya?

Production time depends on the design, embroidery, and fabric availability. Once your design is reviewed, we'll confirm the production and delivery timeline with you before manufacturing begins, and keep you updated as it progresses.

5. What fabrics do you use?

We offer a selection of premium fabrics, including Korean Nida, Premium Nida, Crepe, Linen, Satin, and other high-quality materials selected for comfort, durability, and elegance.

6. Can I choose the fabric and colour?

Absolutely. You can choose your preferred fabric, colour, embellishments, and measurements when placing your custom order.

7. How do I know which size to order?

Each product includes a size guide. For custom-made abayas, you can provide your body measurements for a made-to-measure fit. If you need assistance, our team will be happy to guide you.

8. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. Standard products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for complete details.

9. Are custom-made abayas returnable?

No. Since custom-made abayas are created exclusively for each customer, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. However, we offer alteration services where possible. UAE customers can request local alterations, while international customers are responsible for the shipping costs for alteration services.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

For abayas listed on our website, we accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Tabby, and Cash on Delivery. Custom orders are paid in advance by secure payment link once you approve your quote. Cash on Delivery is not available for custom orders.
